A sampling of our technical communications work: Telecommunications company ElectroPhotonic’s laser products required detailed instructions describing their installation and use. We worked from raw engineering specifications as well as their existing documentation. After completing our research and interviews we wrote, edited and designed several operation manuals. We also acquired the necessary screen captures and photos to create the diagrams and visuals needed to understand complex processes.
We work with your Engineering team to complete and gain acceptance of Articles in Industry and Trade Journals and Magazines that serve as effective PR channels. Note that due to impending confidentiality agreements we cannot fully disclose sample works.
